Furthermore he acquired some vineyards and vineyard land outside and inside of the town from the locals in \u0160tip. He enlarged his endowment by a garden, a field and another vineyard. The Serbian Emperor Stefan Uro\u0161 IV Du\u0161an confirmed, that the Church of Saint John the Baptist, his vineyards, his lands and his several subjects are part of the patrimony of Ivanko Prob\u011b\u0161tit\u014dvik\u044c and his family.
