His estates in and near Skopje were granted by the Serbian King Stefan Uro\u0161 II Milutin to the Monastery of Saint George-Gorg near Skopje.  They consisted of two ruins or building grounds near the old residence of the Monastery of Saint George-Gorg, a 20 pogon\u044c field in the vicinity of the watermill, which belonged to the monastery and a 7 pogon\u044c garden under the monastery. The Serbian King Stefan Uro\u0161 II Milutin founded a new village on the territory of the former garden of Levun. He gave this village to the he Monastery of Saint George-Gorg near Skopje (I prida kraljevstvo mi \u014dd Leunov\u011bh\u044c r\u044cpin\u044c V. r\u044cpin\u011b pri polat\u011b star\u014di Svetago Gje\u014dr\u044cgija na Velikih\u044c vrat\u011bh.
