The Serbian Emperor Stefan Uro\u0161 IV sent David Mihojevi\u0107, the kefalija (governor) of \u0160tip, in order to determine the boundaries of the disputed land. The Serbian emperor issued on 8th of June 1355 a chrysobull charter.
