They granted him all rights of the church together with the land, the people, the vineyards, watermills, bought estates, estates given for the sake of soul and hunting grounds. After the death of Jakob, the metropolitan of Serres, the rights should devolve on the Monastery of the Holy Archangels Michael and Gabriel near Prizren.
