He is probably identical with the Bishop of Zletovo, Arsenij, who is mentioned in the Lesnovo manuscript of Ephrem the Syrian\u02bcs paraenesis from 1353 (pone\u017ee ne b\u011bh pis\u044cc\u044a, nja povel\u011bn\u00efem\u044c gospodina mi episkopa Arsen\u00efa na\u010dr\u044ctoh sih knig\u044c).
