They granted him all rights of the church together with the land, the people, the vineyards, watermills, bought estates, estates given for the sake of soul and hunting grounds. After the death of Jakob, the metropolitan of Serres, the rights should devolve on the Monastery of the Holy Archangels Michael and Gabriel near Prizren. Among the donated people were freemen from the Byzantine Empire, who came at the time when the Turks plundered Anatolia and were well received on the church\u02bcs land by the Serbian King Stefan Uro\u0161 II Milutin. Their arrival might have a connection with the presence of the Serbian troops under the command of Novak\u044c Gr\u011bbostr\u011bk\u044c in Anatolia. One of the migrants was Mur\u02bcta Pr\u011bko\u010del\u044c (I k\u044cdi pl\u011bni\u0161e Tur\u02bcci Anatoliju, t\u044cdii pr\u00efido\u0161e slobodni ljudije iz\u044c Gr\u044ck\u044c\u044c na cr\u044ckovnu zemlju pri svetom\u044c krali;
