W\u00e4hrend der Turkokratie florierte das Kl., da es von allen Abgaben befreit war.\r\nMon.: Innerhalb des Klosterverbandes stammt das Katholikon, eine Kreuzkuppelkirche vom zusammengesetzten viers\u00e4uligen Typ (K\u00e4stelmauerwerk), wohl aus der Zeit um 1000. Drei au\u00dfen dreiseitige Apsiden schlie\u00dfen den Bau nach 0 ab, ein sp\u00e4terer Narthex nach W. Der achtseitigen Kuppel \u00fcber dem Naos entspricht eine etwas kleinere \u00fcber dem Narthex. Die reiche Freskenausstattung des Naos datiert in das 16. Jh., die des Narthex 1682. Der Lutron s. des Katholikon \u00e4hnelt in Gestalt und Gliederung (Dreiteilung) sehr stark dem von \u2192 Z\u014dodochos P\u0113g\u0113 bei Pyl\u0113; dennoch ist seine Funktion als Badehaus umstritten, zuletzt diente er als \u00d6lm\u00fchle. Klosterk\u00fcche und Refektorium, w. des Katholikon, in ihrer jetzigen Form aus der T\u00fcrkenzeit, ebenso die s. an das Katholikon angebaute Ant\u014dnios-Kaplle. \u2014 W. des Kl. bezeichnen die Reste einer kleinen Kirche neben einer Taxiarchen-Kapelle die Lage des Klosterfriedhofs. Die byz. Kirche mit Kuppel, deren Abst\u00fctzung durch Mauerpfeiler an die H. Theod\u014droi in Athen erinnert. Die s. angebaute rechteckige Kapelle H. Markos entstammt der Lateinerzeit (daher der Name Phrankomonast\u0113ro, der dann auf Kaisarian\u0113 \u00fcbertragen wurde), doch fanden sich bei neueren Grabungen darunter Reste einer altchristlicl,en dreischiffigen Basilika mit halbkreisf\u00f6rmiger Apsis, deren Spolien sich im j\u00fcngeren Bau wiederfinden."}], "when": {"timespans": [{"start": {"earliest": "1000-01-01T00:00:00", "latest": null, "comment": "est.
