Wohl schon ab 1354 \u2014 vielleicht mit kurzer Unterbrechung im Zusammenhang mit. den R\u00fcckeroberungsversuchen Nik\u0113phoros\u2018 II. 1358 \u2014 alban. (Peter Bua, sp\u00e4ter Gin Bua Spata). Nach Pl\u00fcnderungen durch die Tocco \u00fcberl\u00e4\u00dft der Albaner Paul Spata Angelokastron 1406/1407 den T\u00fcrken; wahrscheinlich Ende 1407 oder 1. H\u00e4lfte 1408 \u00dcbernahme durch Carlo I. Tocco, der es etwa 1415, 1416 seinem Sohn Ercole \u00fcbertr\u00e4gt (1436 Besuch des\r\nCiriaco de Pizzicolli in Angelokastron bei Ercole Tocco). Festung unweit n. des heutigen Ortes Angelokastron an der Stelle des antiken K\u014dn\u014dpe auf einem etwa kegelf\u00f6rmigen H\u00fcgel. Erhalten sind von der inneren Mauer auf dem kleinen l\u00e4nglichen Gipfelplateau zwei gr\u00f6\u00dfere Mauerpartien (sw. Eckpartie u. ein Teil der SO-Mauer; H\u00f6he bis etwa 12 m bzw. 9 m; Mauerst\u00e4rke 2,3 m bzw. 1,7 m; Mauerung: Bruchstein. M\u00f6rtel, Ziegel) u. von der \u00e4u\u00dferen Mauer unbedeutende Reste am SW-Hang. \u2014 Auf dem Gipfelplateau Kirche H.
