A land near Strumica, the church of the priest Simona Pr\u044ckja and an area in its vicinity, which belonged to Laskar\u044c Siderofai and Tutko Asan\u044c, were the subject of a land dispute between the Hilandar Monastery and the Monastery Hagios Panteleemon on the Holy Mount Athos. An arbitration-comitee was summoned at the behest of the Serbian Despot Konstantin Draga\u0161 to resolve the conflict. Danil\u044c, Bishop of Vodo\u010da and Strumica, Grigorije, the Bishop of Ban\u044cska, and Stanko, the Pristav of the governor of Strumica, deliminated the boundary between both litigants in the presence of witnesses (o zemli kon\u044c Strumice i crkvi popa Simona Pr\u044ckje i zemli Laskara Siderofaga i Tutkov\u011b).
