In Dekreten des Patriarchen und Kaiser Micha\u0113ls VIII. von 1272 dem inzwischen fertiggestellten Kl. alle Besitzungen best\u00e4tigt; weitere Bereicherungen des Klosterbesitzes durch Micha\u0113l Panaretos, den Bischof von \u2192 D\u0113m\u0113trias, der in Urkunden vom September u. Oktober 1272 die Kl\u00f6ster Theotokos Portarea u. H. Nikolaos Palirropat\u0113s in \u2192 Dryanubaina (als Besitz des Kl. schon genannt im Dekret des Patriarchen vom Juli 1272) dem Nea Petra-Kl. als Metochien unterstellte. August 1273 auch das H\u0113sychast\u0113rion (Hsychastareion) genannte Theotokos-Kl. in Dryanubaina der Gewalt des Bischofs von D\u0113m\u0113trias entzogen u. dem Nea Petra-Kl. unterstellt. 1274 durch ein Chrysobull Michaels VIII. neben allen bisherigen Besitzungen zus\u00e4tzlich das Ackerland \u03c4\u1ff6\u03bd \u0392\u03c1\u03b1\u03c3\u03c4\u1ff6\u03bd (\u0392\u03c1\u03b1\u03c3\u03c4\u03cc\u03c2) im Bereich des Dorfes Trinobos (\u2192 Ternabos) best\u00e4tigt. Wenig sp\u00e4ter Best\u00e4tigung durch den oben genannten Patriarchen u. zugleich Umwandlung des urspr\u00fcnglichen Frauenklosters in ein M\u00e4nnerkloster. Zwischen 1277 u. 1279 erhielt das Nea Petra-Kl. zus\u00e4tzlich gemeinsam mit dem \u2192 Makrinitissa-Kl. das S\u014dt\u0113r-Kl. tu Latomu in Thessalonik\u0113 als Geschenk. Bereits 1274 weiterer Besitzzuwachs durch \u00dcbernahme der Kl\u00f6ster II. Apostoloi tu Megalogenus u. H. Nikolaos tu Xylopa in oder bei Dryanubaina. 1277 abermals Brastos bei Trinobos dem Kl. zugesprochen; erhielt es die Theotokoskirche tu \u2192 Kukura. Au\u00dfer den oben erw\u00e4hnten noch Besitzungen des Kl. in den Fluren Palatia u. Platys Lithos urkundlich genannt. Palatia m\u00f6glicherweise bei den Ruinen von Goritsa etwa 3 km s\u00f6. von Golos zu lokalisieren. \u2192 Makrinitissa.\r\nMon.: Das Nea Petra-Kl. lag etwa 20 Minuten n\u00f6. von Portaria.
